The seller contact point is missing
The `Seller contact point` element (BT-41) must be provided: either a person's name or a department name.
Only the issuer holds this value: Factlint reports it and never fabricates it. Test your invoice to find out whether it is affected.
Why this error happens
The rule accepts either — CII carries them in two distinct elements, `PersonName` and `DepartmentName`. A department (“Accounts receivable”) is enough and ages better than a person's name, which becomes wrong the first time someone leaves.
How to fix it
Fill in a department or person name in the seller record. Factlint reports it as `needs_input` and never fabricates a default value.
