The `Buyer city` element (BT-52) must be provided.
Only the issuer holds this value: Factlint reports it and never fabricates it. Test your invoice to find out whether it is affected.
Why this error happens
The mirror of BR-DE-3, on the buyer's side. It often fires alone: the seller's address comes from a setup done carefully once, the buyer's from a customer import whose completeness nobody checks.
How to fix it
Complete the customer record. The city does not follow from the post code.
