The seller's electronic address is missing
BT-34 carries the seller's electronic address, the counterpart of BT-49.
Only the issuer holds this value: Factlint reports it and never fabricates it. Test your invoice to find out whether it is affected.
Why this error happens
It identifies the issuer to the platforms and governs life-cycle status exchanges: without it, acknowledgements and rejections have no recipient.
How to fix it
Fill in the electronic address declared with your accredited platform, together with its identification scheme.
Severity returned by the rule set
The text of the rule says “mandatory”, but the rule set in force (BR-FR Flux 2, V1.3.0) classifies the breach as a warning while the reform ramps up: the API returns `severity: "warning"`, faithful to the pinned rule set. An in-scope warning still rules out a “compliant” verdict — at best the invoice comes out as `needs_input` — and the rule is expected to become blocking in a later version of the rule set.
