A charge is applied at price level

At price level only an allowance is admitted: `ChargeIndicator` must be `false` there.

Only the issuer holds this value: Factlint reports it and never fabricates it. Test your invoice to find out whether it is affected.

Why this error happens

The net price follows from the gross price reduced by an allowance, never increased by a charge. A charge is declared at line or document level, where it enters the totals. Placed on the price, it would vanish from the breakdown.

How to fix it

Move the charge to line or document level. Factlint does not move it: changing where an amount applies changes the totals.
