The item price base quantity differs between gross and net price
When `Item price base quantity` (BT-149) appears on both the gross price and the net price, the two values must be identical — unit of measure included.
Only the issuer holds this value: Factlint reports it and never fabricates it. Test your invoice to find out whether it is affected.
Why this error happens
CII allows the base quantity to be written in two places; EN 16931 knows only one. Two diverging values make the unit price ambiguous: depending on which the recipient picks, the line is not worth the same amount.
How to fix it
Align the two values at generation time. Factlint does not copy one over the other: nothing says which is right, and getting it wrong would change the unit price.
