The buyer electronic address is missing
`Buyer electronic address` (BT-49) must be provided, together with its identification scheme.
Only the issuer holds this value: Factlint reports it and never fabricates it. Test your invoice to find out whether it is affected.
Why this error happens
This is the buyer's routing address, not a mailbox: it carries a scheme (`EM` for an email, `0204` for a Leitweg-ID, `9958` for a German Peppol identifier). Without it the document is valid but unroutable — and an exchange network refuses it before reading it.
How to fix it
Fill in the address and its scheme in the customer record. Factlint does not fabricate it: an invented routing address sends the invoice to somebody else.
